The proposed streetscape work fronting the new building, located at the nw corner of the intersection of l street and 15th street nw, will include the following items: - new ddot standard sidewalks, curb, and gutter, along l street and 15th street nw fronting the project - 14 new street trees and tree pits, which will adhere to the ddot lid soil volume requirements - slight relocation of the existing bikeshare station to move it away from the property line to the curb line along l street nw - 2 new ada curb ramps at the nw corner of the l street nw and 15th street nw intersection - new alley paving for the existing north-south public alley off of l street nw - shrinking of the existing curb cut on 15th street nw, which is currently 25' wide, down to 15. 90' wide. - widening of the existing l street alley entrance width to 20' wide - all loading and parking activities will occur off of the north-south public alley (or on other areas of private space) - all existing pepco vaul
