Pmd received building plans and appendix b for home, adult family care center designed to house 6 developmentally disabled adults sfb; amendment to delete sidewalk & walls and add sidewalk back around house to parking area:; per jeff burns, city sidewalks were always required on this project from the beginging, so i am adding a sidewalk permit to this project today, rab:; project has paid the fee-in-lieu of sidewalk construction, satisfying this requirement.
