This work is being performed as part of the division a portion of the d. C. Clean rivers project for d. C. Water. This permit is for the tree removal on the project site where we will be constrcuting a 55 foot diameter vetical shaft 100+ feet deep. This access shaft will be the permanent access to this portion of the 23 foot diameter tunnel being constructed underneath the district of columbia.
