New installation of 100amp service and 4-20amp distribution circuits as per nec 2008 east district

101 mobility proposes the installation of a bruno battery powered vertical platform lift (no electrical work required by us - no electrical permit required by us) 5x5 platform will be constructed at entranceway-pressure treated lumber, built code, with railing and steps. This will crate a level platform at the entryway to create a turning platform leading to newly poured concrete pathway. Concrete pathway will be 4 wide and 68 wide and 68 long leading from front entryway to the rear of the home to the parking area. This will create a concrete pathway providing handicap access fromthe parking area to the home. Pathway fro concrete will excavated for 2" of modified stone and 4" of concrete. Stone applied and tamped. Concrete complete with a broom finish. Lift will be installed adjacent to new porch and secured. Lift will be complete with a top landing gate. All work will be within property lines taking into consideration a 3 set back from property line.
