To install new dormers and to remove stop work order placed 06 13 17, per materials stamped vcc approved 11 02 17, as follows:remove unpermitted dormers installed on rear service ell roof. Install two (2) new dormers with six-over-six double-hung windows, per approved drawings, measuring 3-3" wide x 7-2" tall. Dormer cheek walls must be slate, all millwork to be spanish cedar or mahogany. Center dormers over openings on first floor. Paint all millwork to match trim color. Repair and or replace roof underlayment as necessaryinstall repair flashing and vents as needed. All flashing must be copper. Install new natural slate (grey green), using copper nailsinstall repair half round copper gutters and flashinginstall reinstall ceramic or concrete v-style or terra cotta ridge tiles. Replace broken tiles as needed, to match existing.
