Courtyard and minor building renovations, per drawings conceptually approved by architectural committee on 06 26 16 and stamped vcc approved 11 29 16, including (but not limited to) the following:remove oval-shaped planter bed in front patio and install new brick planter, 8-2" x 4-2"remove existing concrete paving and carefully uninstall wood steps and alley gates, to be reinstalled after completion of brick paving installation. Construct new wood steps to match existing in dauphine and bourbon alley entrances. Install new brick pavers in herringbone pattern, at front patio, alleyways and rear courtyard. Enlarge two (2) existing tree planters in rear courtyard, from 3-0" square to 4-6" x 4-6" x 1-6". All raise existing dauphine and bourbon side planters to an overall height of 1-6", including coping.
