Replace select window and exterior doors in kind per plan using energy efficient models. Repair siding and exterior trim as required, replace lap siding at entire east elevation, install new 1" rigid insulation and vapor barrier at east elevation. Repair existing front porches at 1st and 2nd floor. Replace front stair treads and risers, replace existing railing with code compliant ralings. Replace existing gutters and downspouts. Prep, prime and paint exterior or entire house.

Add 2 new windows in 2nd floor rear bedroom, replace 3rd floor windows in kind. Full gut 3rd floor which houses 2 bedroom a laundry and bathroom. The entire space will be renovated to achieve a compliate enrgy efficient insulation upgrade. The wiring will be replaced in compliance with current codes. There are 2 existing hip dormers we propose raising the roof between them to form a low profile "nantucket dormer" to acheive head room in the bath room. The floor area will remain the same.
