Correcting plumbing violations, repair 5 8"" ul gyp bd and concrete stair. All work same as existing. No electrical.

Install 6 force air furnaces, 6 water heaters and 6 washing machines hook-ups in a 6 d. U., 3 story masonry building with basement. Replace existing service for new 4 amp service. Install new circuits for washer dryer, furnace,kitchen and new bedroom. Hardwire smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Convert dining room to bedroom, remove kitchen pantry and re-configure closets in each dwelling unit. Replace plumbing fixtures and cabinets as needed. Repair plaster and build soffits as needed. Current use: class a-2, multiple dwellingsproposed use: class a-2, multiple dwellings (conditional permit subject to field inspections)

Reconfigure stair landing support at enclosed porch. Replace all apartment windows, same size and location. Remove non-essential windows from enclosed porch.
