Modernize (3) passenger elevators as per scope of work

Interior remodeling of 50% of the 5th floor and 7th floor; scope includes replacement of light fixtures and remodel of toilet rooms as per plans.

Installation of pelco spectra iii camera on traffic light pole at 19' above ground level, we will also be mounting a network box at 11' above ground level. We will be attaching the camera to the network box via low voltage cableing routed inside the traffic light pole. We will be powering the network box from the nearest traffic controller box located at street level. This will be a 120vac circuit tapped off the traffic controller box running through existing manholes at the intersection.

Patch and repair damaged drywall , remove and replace 15 doors, 15 plumbing fixtures,minor electrical work on the 5th floor per contract.

Patch and repair drywall as necessary remove and replace (4) doors, minor electrical work per contract. All work same as existing, same size and location. All work to be done on 5th floor only.

Add receptacles and voice and data outlets

10th floor classroom : patch and repair drywall, replace 2 doors, and minor electrical work. All work same as existing.

Erect 2 skyclimber swingstage scaffolds from 03 08 07 to 03 08 08

Hardwire (4) workstations with (3) receptalces per station and install (2) 20 amp circuits from existing building power.

Door access system for various doors which requires one 20 ampere 120 volt circuit.

Wire and connect two condensing units on roof

Wire and connect two relocated 30 ton condensing units in the area way at northside of building.

Replace existing carrier 15 ton and 10 ton with the same,r-22,one compressor each,located on the roof.

New electrical wiring

Empty conduit system

Install 15kva ups - fbo. Furnish and install 12 quad receptacles on seperate circuits. Job# 124-127

Replace air handling unit

Relocate lighting and power circuits in conjunction with renovation of second floor serving area.

Erected one scaffolding: scaffolding will be shifted around the perimeter of the building 7 6 09 to 7 6 10

Abbott hall: upgrade service ground and provide code approved multiple ground terminals.

Temperature control wiring

Installation of equipment box for upgrade in phone service. Box requires one (1) 30 amp circuit breaker installed in existing telco room for telecommunications repeater antenna.

Abbott hall shower room conversion to office space.

Mechanical systems upgrade to include new chillers, pumps and crac units for existing data center per plan. Existing university

Installation of two 50 ampere crcuits for nuit in abbott hall switchroom

Installation (4) 100 ampere circuits in it area , 2nd floor.

Install new hoist cables on the #2 19-floor traction passenger elevator. Pursunat to scope of work and city of chicago department of buildings elevator bureau's inspection.
