Repairs to front entry exterior landing- replace all rot damage to floor planks and any guard rail pieces damaged by rot. Rear 2nd story deck platform to be reduced by half existing size; install missing framing connectors using heavy galv. Hangers and fasteners; and construct new pressure treated stairway from existing upper platform to lower existing platform with all necessary pressure treated structure guardrail and hand rail.

Excavation

Strip and square reroof. Gutter replacement. (2) skylights replacement.

Areas for repair: -northwest corner by slider. -the lower area on the western end of the south wall -the area to the left of the front door -the bottom of the bay windows in the front. -remove existing siding in designated areas to allow access to sheathing where plywood is going to be replaced. -removal and re-set of the back sliding door to allow replacement of rotten sheathing around the door. -detach the deck from exterior wall to allow access to exterior wall to replace the rotten plywood. Re-attach the deck after all replacement is done. Deck layout and size will not be modified in any way.
