Namely: create master suite on third floor with new bath, closet and sitting area; renovate 2nd floor bath, add laundry room and reconfigure bedroom on 2nd floor; build new cutom kitchen and move 1/2 bath on first floor. Change location of basement stairs. Open wall between dining room and kitchen. Add french doors in place of windoe in dining room leading to patio. Frame in floors where secondary interior staircase had been. Pour new slab and add french drain system in basement. Create family room, 3/4 bath, closets and mechanical storage areas in basement. Replace hopper windows, skylights for master and close existing door in kitchen. No skylights - mg
