Install to new a c units in the rear wing building. Construct a steel rack for the new compressors.

On rear elevation of main building:repoint masonry as needed. Any reinstalled masonry must be properly "toothed in" to existing masonry wall, using vcc mortar formula (attached). Cracked or broken bricks shall be replaced to match existing in color, size, material, porosity, detail, profile and exposure. Remove remaining stucco, apply 1 scratch coat and 2 finish coats of vcc approved stucco mix to rear of main house, per attachment. Remove unused wiring from front of main house. Failure to exactly match materials, paint color, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work. All mortar to be mixed using the vcc recipe (attached) with a maximum of 1 part portland cement, to 3 parts lime, to 9 parts sand, and enough water to form a workable mix. Prepackaged mixes are not permitted. Note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after

To reattach the balcony rails to the walls by welding bolts to the end of the rails and inserting the bolts into the wall, securing with mortarto repair existing shutters to properly and completely fill the opening and to install new 12 hooks on the interior side of the shutterspack space around existing outriggers where they penetrate masonry wall with new mortar all work as per plans stamped vcc approved 06 28 17all mortar to be mixed and applied as per vcc standard details (attached)
