Repair stucco walls as needed, remove vegetation from masonry walls and tuck point as needed, install iron castings where missing on front gallery ( this will require 6 weeks because they will have to be made) and paint repaired stucco and castings to match existing.

Remove vegetation growing in masonry walls, tuckpoint wall as needed using vcc mortar forumla (attached). Remove outdated security cameras. Remove any exposed unused wiring; remaining wiring will be installed in a conduit and painted same color as wall. Repair damaged stucco walls as needed using vcc stucco formula (attached) and paint to match existing. Replace missing or damaged cast iron panels in front gallery railings, to match existing. Remove string lights from alley. Remove signs from windows and doors. Note: this permit is to resolve a violation concerning work begun without a permit. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work.

Replace wooden panels in storefront windows (2) to match existing. All repair replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure. Failure to exactly match materials, details, profiles, exposures, or vcc mortar as specified in permit will result in a vcc violation and mandated repair of improper work.
