The new plumber found the waste line from the bathtub had never been connected. I called the plumber on the permit and they did not do the work. I then called the lady that contracted the work and she gave me the name of the plumber that did the work, daniel redacted phone number. I called him and he indicated that his father in law finished the home while he was tending his sick son. /// 4/19/12 daniel called kim to work out the matter and she did not tell him he owed anything.
