SCORE 56 Due to a failed beam hanger, the roof must be removed to replace the beam hanger and replace the beam. Repair of the roof framing will require the removal and replacement of the roof for access. Temporary shoring will be provided as necessary. The final repair will include installation of rigid insulation above the roof sheathing and batt insulation on the underside of the roof sheathing. A new waterproof membrane will be installed. All mechanical, electrical, fire safety, life safety, interior coverings and exterior coverings will be provided by others.
