We will perform eight soil brings on the proposed site. The soil borings will each be advanced to a depth of feet. Additionally, four soil borings and four infiltration auger probes will be performed on the proposed site and will be advanced to depths of feet and 15 feet, respectively. The borings/auger probes will be located within the bounds of the property. The borings/auger probes will be drilled utilizing 3. 25-inch hollow stem, continuous flight augers. The borings/auger probes will be performed utilizing an atv and/or truck-mounted drill rig and will generate an approximate 6-inch annulus. After geotechnical exploration is completed, the borings/auger probes will be backfilled with bentonite slurry, which has a consistency of two pounds bentonite powder to one gallon water. Borehole/auger probe abandonment will be performed by tremie-grouting via a positive-displacement pump from the bottom of the borehole/auger probe.
