A total of three, 6-inch diameter soil test borings will be drilled using 2. 25-inch continuous hollow stem flight augers. The borings will extend to a maximum depth of 75 feet below current site grades using a truck-mounted drill rig. The samples will be containerized in glass jars for geotechnical classification and laboratory testing. After boring completion the boreholes will be grouted with bentonite slurry 2 lbs of bentonite to 1 gallon of water and the auger cuttings and all other investigation derived waste idw will be containerized in sealed drums per ddoe permit.

The scope of work will include 114 residential with 1 retail unit on the first floor and 59 underground parking spaces, ten residential patios plus one retail patio and will have two canopy projections

Removal of one 1,000-gallon and two 500-gallon underground storage tanks. Tanks are located about feet from the alley and buried approximately 4-5 feet deep.

Three monitoring wells will be installed with a hollow-stem auger drill rig. Each well will be advanced with a 8-inch od augers. One monitoring well will be installed within the parking garage to a depth of feet, and two monitoring wells will be installed along the perimeter to a depth of feet. The monitoring wells will be completed as 2-inch pvc pipe. See the attached work plan and well schematics for specific depths of each well and details regarding the well installation and sampling.
