We will perform a total of 5 borings across the property with a geoprobe drill rig to a depth of feet below surface grade. The diameter of the boreholes will be 2. 25 inches. Select soil and groundwater samples will be collected from each boring. Permanent groundwater wells will not be installed. Following completion of the boring, the boring will be grouted. Following completion of each boring, the boring will be grouted. Subslab vapor samples will also be collected from directly beneath the concrete slab of the existing building.
