Remove deteriorated third floor window cornice millwork and replace to match existing. Remove deteriorated and warped floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards as necessary on second floor balcony. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5/4x4 s2s t&g floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). Paint to match existing as follows: trim: white semigloss porch and balcony: medium graytouch up on walls as necessary to match existing. All repair/replacement work shall match existing in color, size, material, detail, profile and exposure.
