Demo all walls & ceiling , remove all carpet from floors,remove all interior doors,trim,jamb and demo kitchen & bathroom not structural work on this permit

Extension of time permit of ap#309086.

Partial demolition and erection of one (1) and two (2) story rear additions above existing structure and interior alterations per plans; building is to be fully sprinklered. Separate permits required for fire suppression system and any mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.

Remove and install 15 windows, front and side and remove and install 3 doors, all in existing openings(3 family dwelling)

Interior demolition, non-load bearing partitions only, no structural work allowed on this permit(3 family dwelling)

Complete all electrical wiring with 4-1 amp panels. Apply to 3 family building (total of 4 amp) as per nec 2008 south district & fire alarm system as per nfpa 72

Rewire throughout per 2008 nec (sfd) no service work

For the installation of an automatic fire suppression system throughout a four-story residential structure in accordance with nfpa 13r standards. System to be provided via a 2" fire service main line.

Install 3 heat pumps one 2. 5 ton in basement, install one 2. 5 ton heat pump on 2nd fl, and install one 2. 5 ton heat pump on 3rd fl

Addition alteration: interior plumbing for a 3-story, (3) dwelling unit building. The installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code, 2004. A separate permit is required for the 5" sewer lateral & the 1" domestic water distribution service to the street mains, as well as the 1" backflow prevention containment assembly. Fuel gas piping is not part of this permit and will require a mechanical permit.

Amendment of building permit # 419606, issued january 6, 2013, for the modification to non-bearing interior partition layouts and to document ar reduction at the exit enclosure to a one (1) hour rating for connection of three (3) floors maximum, one (1) hour assembly required above basement stair otherwise 2 hour assembly shall be retained. Pe shall field certify any incidental framing changes as a result of as-built stair configuration; separate zoning permit required to eliminate prior roof deck.
