Peter) elevation common wall, near stairwell on decatur side of building, as per approved materials received 06/25/14 & stamped vcc approved 06/26/14, as follows:remove handrail as needed to access wall sectioncrosscut into masonry cap 2 o. C. About 4" deepsawcut into vertical face of cap at horizontal joint between the existing brick masonry wall and the applied cap (wilkinson side only)utilize chipping hammer at sawcut as delicately as possible in order to remove masonry capmake additional crosscuts as need in an effort to remove as much of cap as possible from approved section

Installed new ground floor storefront. 2. Construct 14 tall penthouse and elevator with stucco finish on the roof of the building3. Install new mechanical units on the roof 4. Restore the existing second and third floor millwork. 5. Add ground floor door, vents and relocate windows on the lakeside elevation. This permit does not include exterior lighting or painting. A separate application should be made to the vcc for paint and exterior lighting. Note: this permit also serves to satisfy the provisions for the change of use, as noted in article 8, section 8. 1 of the new orleans comprehensive zoning ordinance. A change of use from vacant to residential (20-units) on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors by the vcc on 10/18/11
