Front facade, repoint to match existing mortar, install mouldings where missing. Repair to window sills, replace 25 damaged bricks using reclaimed brick (pending phc approval). Reattach threshold. Rear facade, restored double hung windows and frames. Install shutters to match front facade. Rear porch, demo roof and ceiling, replace rafters and sheathing as needed. Reinstall spouting. Install standing seam roof and counter flashing using roofer tin. Replace and repair the cornice at the porch and roof levels using mahogany. Basement level, remove wire and stucco at back door. Relay or stucco soft door. Relay to stucco brick. Repair basement door.

Replace curb trap into house, fresh air inlet, house drain

Roof demo existing roof, reroof front with fire retartant wood shingles and refoof the rear with architectural shingles, reflash with leaded copper, dormer, restore bevel siding on sides, paint, chiminey repoint with lime based mortar. Install new roof cover as per manufacturers specifications. New roof coverings shall not be installed without first removing all existing layers when the roof has two or more applications of any type of roof covering. Submit roof certification to inspector for final inspection. Work not to start until all required permits are coordinated with streets department (footway street closure & scaffolding, etc.)
