From what i could tell in its current status, they are replacing the flooring (pulling out vinyl tiles and adding new carpet and hardwood), replacing the plumbing, painting, and constructing shelving. Im not sure if any electrical work had been completed up to this point. I issued an order of correction for them to obtain permits for all work being completed. I am giving them until tomorrow to start the process or i will assess fines. Attached are a few pictures of the work being completed. This will be there new office space so they will need an occupancy permit, as well.
