Installation of not more than 1 new plumbing fixture, on a residential, commercial or industrial project.

Resurface existing exterior deck with trex select decking material. The deck is off the rear of the house and is feet above ground level. We will keep the existing posts and support beams, and just replace the decking.

We will perform a total of four hand auger borings on the proposed site. The hand auger borings will be advanced to a depth of feet below existing site grades. The borings will be located within the bounds of the private property. The borings will be performed utilizing a hand operated auger probe and will generate an approximate 4-inch annulus. After geotechnical exploration is completed, the borings will be backfilled, in accordance with ddoe requirements with bentonite slurry, which has a consistency of two pounds bentonite powder to one gallon water

Repairs to existing fuel gas systems, including the connection of not more than 1 new gas appliance.

Installation of not more than 1 new air conditioning unit, up to a maximum of 10-tons of equivalent refrigerating effect.

Removal of load bearing walls on first level within second floor framing system and installation new lvl beam and reinforcing existing lvl beam.

Remodeling existing kitchen, removed and relocated existing lights and outlets receptacles. Provide new faucet.
