Replace garage door, refinish all hardwood floors, refinish stair treads paint all interior of the house, mirror door for closet and new interior set up for walking closet. Complete clean up.

Renovate existing bath removing toilet, and sink and vanity and replacing same , remove tub, and install shower in place of tub. Remove existing aluminum windows in 2 baths and 1 landing and replace with vinyl replacement windows with low e argon glass. Install new exhaust fan components

Repairs in trims and clapp boards create small wall at front steps to attach safety railing

Exterior - replace all windows and siding and two patio doors interior - complete gut and remodel of existing kitchen, master bathroom and closets (includes reconfiguring non-load bearing walls); reconfigure coat closet (non load bearing); all new flooring and painting througout unit; remove woodstove and smokestack, and extend master bathroom and 3rd floor bedroom by eliminating open space between adjacent floors uitilizing existing framing.

Replace existing deck that is poorly built and a hazard with a new pressure treated framed deck. The new deck will be approximately 8x15.

Remove existing wood siding and trim. Install new housewrap, flashing, pvc trim and vinyl siding.

Replace rubber roof below deck in rear of home.

Replace existing rear roof deck and patio door with new sleepers, composite decking, vinyl patio door and glass railing kit. Install new awning and exhaust fan.
