They are dividing the space and one half will remain a gym and the other half will become a gymnastics studio/space. They are effectively changing the lay out of the egressing. According to the new owner there will be a slight upfit that will involve removal of walls, some electrical work, some plumbing, rerouting the exits of the two spaces. Issued an order of correction for them to obtain proper permits and submit plans for the work to be done. Part of the work involves an elevated floor area that effects the rear egress door areas.
