To repair the sloped roofs of the green-rated main building and service wing as per materials submitted 11 22 2016 and stamped vcc approved 11 29 16 including: repair replace damaged slates as necessary to match existing slate to repair the flat roof of the brown-rated courtyard infill as per materials submitted 11 22 2016 and stamped vcc approved 11 29 16 including: loose lay red rosin paper install 1 8 sopraboard mechanically fastened install new metal counter flashing install new scuppersnote: trash chutes are required for removal of debris from all roofs all work must conform to standard vcc policies & guidelines permit does not allow for cap flashing on parapet or surrounding wallstorch-applied roofing is not permitted in the vieux carr. To perform other repairs violation corrections as per materials submitted 10 31 16 and stamped vcc approved 11 29 16.
