Since trees are located in critical areas/ the trees shall be snagged up from the ground/ and dropped within the critical areas to preserve the natural environment. Calt- archstone clubhouse- interior remodel of clubhouse which includes the removal of walls in the leasing office and kitchenette and addition of new walls and a new glb beam (header over door)/ adding a new kitchenette and removing old kitchenette in the clubhouse/ adding a new kitchenette in the back of house area/ replacing all windows and doors throughout and replacing the flooring in the lobby/ hallway/ restrooms/ leasing office and back of house.
