The number 33 was out of sequence with most all other properties along lowell st so the address changed from 33 to 43 lowell st sometime ago. The previous property owner was provided written notification when this happened. The new owner may not have known such. The one story building that may have been used as a storage / garage beside gravel drive is planned for demolition. This structure was assigned an address 41 lowell st. For demo permit purposes this address is being used to reflect the address of the structure planned for demo. The main house remains 43 lowell st.
