Separate streets department permit required for sidewalk closure. A separate permit is required for any additional alterations that are not specifically addressed on case #153045. Work to include - repair walls, remove & replace roof joists, sheathing & roof covering, remove & replace floor ceiling joists, if the total exceeds joists, then additional detailed plans must be submitted for approval, replace floor sheathing with 5 8" exterior grade plywood, front facade remove window lintels on the 3rd floor replace with 4"x 8" precast lintels with 4" bearing on each end 2 per window,remove & reset any loose or missing bricks, repoint and apply wire mesh & two coats of stucco, front facade frame window opening with 2"x pressure treated wood, cover the openings with 1 2" ext. Grade plywood sheathi
