Rebuild new house where old house burned (2 story) repair existing wooden fence, unfinished basement spoke with rick odden on 10 19 12 in regards to permit #bb 201104349, mr. Odden was trying to reach inspectorh ford. Mr. Odden said he had no knowledge from the inspection results done on 10 17 12, until 10 19 12, nor did he request another inspection to be done on 10 19 12, he asked for a cancellation on the inspection that was set for 10 19 12 in order to adhere to the results of the inspection that was done 10 17 12. I called inspector ford 10 19 12, unfortunately he said that he had already been out and did the inspection that morning, he also told me he would disregard the reinspection fee do to the fact that mr. Odden had tried to cancel, and that he had no knowledge of the first results. 10 19 12 hs.
