Complete three soil borings (b-1 - b-3) to an estimated depth of 24 feet below ground surface on the property for due diligence purposes. Each of the soil borings will be completed with pickup truck-mounted pneumatic direct push soil boring rig using 1. 25-inch diameter drill rods. The soil borings will for soil samples only, no groundwater monitoring wells will be installed. The borings will be sealed when sampling activities are completed by tremie grout with bentonite slurry to grade and capped with asphalt.

We will perform a total of two soil borings on the proposed site. The soil borings will be advanced to a depth of 45 feet below existing site grades. The borings will be located within the bounds of the private property. The borings will be drilled utilizing 3. 25-inch hollow stem, continuous flight augers. The borings will be performed utilizing a truck mounted drill rig and will generate an approximate 6-inch annulus. After geotechnical exploration is completed, the borings will be backfilled, in accordance with ddoe requirements with bentonite slurry, which has a consistency of two pounds bentonite powder to one gallon water

The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing 1-story structure and the construction of a new 6-story mixed use building. The ground floor will be occupied by commercial retail space and two duplex resident units will be located in the cellar and first floors. Residential units will occupy the remainder of the building
