Make safe only permit! Repair rebuild collapsed portions of exisitng building, remove and rebuild portion of south wall down to the first floor level. Rebuild front wall on existing footing & foundation, rebuild side to second floor level, framing and support, replace roof at rear of bldg to comply case #387576 & #359473. Owner responsible for no occupancy, no other work only to make building safe and sound and to be inspected by engineer must protect adjacent buildings and sidewalk right of way pedestrian, fence off site, and any sidewalk closures require street department approval prior to work. All specified per engineers plans, engineer of record : robert rosen. Engineer must inspect work and completion and provide certified report attesting that building and permit complies and building is made safe to inspector.
