Interior plumbing construction of a new (5)story structure for use as (110)dwelling units, storage and vacant commercial space - note: fuel gas, the backflow prevention containment device, exterior, storm management and sewer water connections to the city mains require separate permit(s) - the overflow roof drainage (identified as 4" erd on the roof plan) will discharge to a point compliant with section 1107 of the 2009 international plumbing code - because of connection(s) to the stack(s) with multiple branches above a flat offset of the stack(s); it was necessary to change the yoke venting to full size stack venting complying with section p-1107. 1. 2 to avoid changing the venting stack sizes of the multiple branches - the installation will comply with the approved plans and the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Amend building permit # 6507 653396 to include the erection and disassembly of a tower crane (manitowoc potain igo t-130, serial # 606499) self-erecting crane at the callowhill street frontage, associated with new construction of a six (6) story building. All ongoing right-of-way closures and encroachments require a separate permit approval from the streets department. Protection of pedestrians, vehicular right-of-way and adjacent properties required to be maintained at all times.

Amendment to new construction building permit # 653396 to authorize the use of alternative wall assemblies at select locations in levels 1 through 5 per the revised plans and wall schedule. Metal composite panel exterior finish materials shall be class a per astm e84. No other modifications are approved under this amendment.

For the erection of two (2) statically illuminated double-faced projecting signs, one (1) statically illuminated wall sign and directional signage; size & location as shown per approved zoning plans. Signage accessory to previously approved non-accessory parking garage. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact structural engineer prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for all other work.
