Msd typically wants to be there to inspect the connection, but we are going to let the tv work serve as the inspection. Connecting without going through the application process is technically sewer tampering and i could administer a fine. However, i feel like this was an honest mistake, and as long as you follow through with completing a sewer service application and paying msd the 2,640, we will good.
