New additions at rear and front involve less than sf of expansion to existing building footprint. Interior alterations include reorganization of existing master bathroom, relocation of 1st floor powder room, and replacement of existing wood frame stairs with new wood frame stairs within the existing framed shaft, not including existing stair from 2nd to 3rd floor. Hvac system is not affected by the work. Plumbing fixture count remains the same, and electrical work involves new reorganized recessed lighting at 1st and 2nd floor levels.
