Reference 05-983 sfb; called left message with applicant some two weeks ago requesting information on building height. Maybe protected mountain ridges area, however no portion of building height will be located above ridge top. Swr july 11, 2005 2:15:08 pm stuartr received call from applicant, learned building height was less than swr august 8, 2005 11:58:23 am stuartr minimum yards shall be increased by two feet. Swr july 11, 2005 2:15:08 pm stuartr ; recieved plans for foundation design on metal bldg. Clc; fees paid under 05-983. Pmd; foundation and footing needs to be designed by an engineer.; building safety review comments the approved plans with the attached review comments are required to be at the job site for use by the field inspector(s) at all times. The building permit is required to be posted at the jobsite at all times. Failure to post approved permits & plans at site is a fine, fine must be paid before next inspection is requested.
