Restaurant/billiards parlor with a toal of 713 seats and 12 occupants on the 1st and 2nd floors, consisting of: 4 seats and 923 occupants on the 1st floor and with not more than seats and standing room for 36 occupants on the first floor patio; on thesecond floor there will be 293 seats and 357 occupants with not more than 42 seats and persons standing on the second floor patio. The standing capcity when seats are removed on the 2nd floor in the banquet/assembly area will be for 198 occupants. The use will include a billiards parlor not to exceed 14 lanes approved pursuant to bza order no. 18486 and 18486-a on the 1st floor. All parking will be provided in the existing parking facilities for the mall.
