Portion of north building to be demolished at street grade. Reinforce selected south tower columns. Demolish south tower penthouse and roof. Demolish and rebuld central portion of south tower providing temporary internal bracing in east and west portions of existing structure to resist lateral loads. Rebuild roof and penthouse. Demolish remaining facade. Build new m street level slab above existing slabs. Demolish and build and rebuld level 3 and below slabs in engineered sequence to maintain column stability . Provide temporary column bracing where required
