Entrance apron for driveway access shall be constructed of concrete or asphalt. 3. Driveway access apron must be constructed in accordance with detail 3. 15 from the city of asheville standard specifications manual, with the acception of the width (23 allowed for handicapped access) 4. Inspector must be called 48 hours prior to pouring of the driveway access apron for an inspection of the forms. 5. Inspector for this project is danny guthrie and he can be reached at redacted phone number (office) or redacted phone number (cell). 6. Total width cannot exceed 25 wide at the edge of the roadway. This measurement includes the radius. 7. Radius must be no greater than 42 (3. 5 feet). 8. There will be one entrance constructed. 9.
