Revise existing building permit #365484 to show that the contractor "is not" replacing the front masonry wall - contractor is "spot pointing" the front masonry wall and applying stucco to the side masonry wall with a wire lath base - replace (4)windows in existing openings

Interior exterior alterations to include replacement of the masonry front wall replacement. Replace with 8" cmu and stucco. Replace 4" framing, 1 2" drywall, r-13 insulation and (4)aluminum or vinyl clad insulated double hung windows (same dimension as existing). Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior exterior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties.
