This rock structure has been falling apart and at times, rolled down the hill. The third tier also collapsed and the raw materials have been piled into a mound. Upon review of the wall bricks, it appears that the lip which provides some stability has been completely chiseled off - so the retaining blocks, in fact, have no mechanism to support the outward pressure of the earh.
