Masonry front wall - remove existing 2 story front masonry wall 14 ft x 25 ft. Replace with new 8 inch masonry wall, (4" brick & 4" block) on existing foundation. Windows and door same location, shall comply with the 2009 international energy efficiency code, u factor of . 35, and shall comply with emergency egress standards as per irc. New door opening for 36 inch door. Horizontal reinforcement (durawall) every 24 inches. Install returns into party walls for structural connection. Flash and seal roof to new front. Install 2 x 4 frame wall, r-19 insulation and sheetrock on interior front wall for finish. No other work allowed under this permit. An inspection of existing wall to be scheduled with inspector before work starts.

Rewire for outlets 18 lights as 8 switches according to 2008 nec code.(center city district)

Interior alterations to include: interior demo of non load bearing walls and rear shed, reframe interior, install new windows and doors in existing openings, renovate kitchen and bath. Applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated january 2011. Deviation from the standard will result in revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties.
