Install duct work to existing ( a c only) package unit

Replace existing service with new 400amp 3-phase service and wire building with recepts,switches,lights,fixtures,smokes and co detectors as per 2008 nec. Existing 3 amp single-phase service to remain. (south district) no fire alarm

For alterations to existing hvac system including installation of two (2) 7. 5 ton air handlers, two (2) 7. 5 ton a c units, ductwork, grilles and registers as per plans.

For a partial change of occupancy w. No change of occupancy classification to create day care activity at 2nd floor of existing day care facility w. Level 2 alterations including demo. Of exist. Walls, partition walls for corridor, classroom & toilet room spaces, & all associated finish work; building is partially sprinklered at basement - 1st floor levels. Separate permit reqd for any mech., elec., & plumb. Work.

For the interior demolition of non load-bearing partition walls and ceilings as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

For the installation of a four (4) inch fire service line w. Backflow preventor (bfp) assembly and for installation of a fire suppression system as per nfpa 13. All work shall be in accordance with approved plans.
