Work to include all layers of roof metal and wood cedar shakes to the lathing underneath; install 5 8" exterior grade plywood over mansard area and new copper to all ploe gutters, copper sodered at the seams, new water & ice shield to all eaves & valleys; install new epdm membrane to flat rear dormer roof; install synthetic underlayment over exposed plywood, install timberline shingles to the entire roof,new step flshing to the dormers & chimney, install wood painted clapboard 4" exposure, new ridge vent & hip shimgles on the peak.
