Install in commercial space one 90% efficiency hvac. And two 68% efficiency hvac within each dwelling unit. Installation of mechanical equipment. All equipment and associated duct work is to be installed entirely within the same dwelling unit with no penetrations of fire rated assemblies and installed as per manufactures specifications. Installation must meet the code requirements of the international mechanical code and the international energy conservation code.

Rough in and finish plumbing for 2 bathrooms,kitchen and laundry with 2 stacks (sfd)the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

Install waste lines to tub and vanity in 2nd floor bathroom

Furnish and install 95% gas furnace 720 btu and 2 1 2 ton condenser and ductwork

Install (1)200amp service,(1)3 gang 100amp each position,1 house meter,2 apts and commerical space per 2008 nec & nfpa 72 (mixed use)

Water service 1" (mixed use) "self-certifications are no longer permitted" - "all excavations & plumbing trenches in excess of 5 in depth must have approved shoring in place at the time of inspection

Level 1 alteration: shall comply with the provisions of chapter 6 of the international existing building code.
