The address is unique to the zip code 28804. No site plan was provided with application submittal. This newer developer is not developing the same plan as the previous developer or the plan as drawn in bc land records parcel data (gis) as of today. The old developers plan (circa 2009ish) is what bc land records has mapped now. No trc final plat has been recorded. Meaning each town home is being divided out and lot lines adjusted by bc land records only when a lot is actually sold. So we could have a situation where a dozen or more buildings are constructed all over the larger pin with in-accurate footprints and in-accurate pin #s mapped in gis until such time each unit is actually sold and then re-mapped.
