This newer developer is not developing the same plan as the previous developer or the plan as drawn in bc land records parcel data (gis) as of today. The old developers plan (circa 2009ish) is what bc land records has mapped now. No trc final plat has been recorded. Meaning each town home is being divided out and lot lines adjusted by bc land records only when a lot is actually sold.
