Demolition of existing concrete deck and stairs. Haul away all debris caused by this work. Remove rot wood plate (aprox. 10). Install new pt wood plate. Install new studs sister to connect to the new plate. Install 2 footings and concrete base for the stairs. Build neww wood framing with 2 posts for the decking. Install pressure treated plywood and glue rubber membrane over it and after install azek tongue and grove flooring. Install azek railings and posts and stair railings. Build new wood stringers and install pvc risers and azek planks as treads. Build new wood stairs. Install lattice on sides of the porch. Install 2 railings sections at stairway. Remove all construction debris. All wood will be pressure treated wood.
