Utility (entergy gas) work required to convert customer onto new high pressure gas lines being installed with city reconstruction project. A gas service line will be installed from sidewalk base and elbow into building for gas supply. An iron curb valve access port will be installed at sidewalk surface with below grade valve for emergency service isolation. The new line will be painted to match the adjacent surface. To remove three (3) existing security cameras from the bourbon st. Elevation to install three (3) pelco bu5 series bullet security cameras installed in same locations as existing and indicated on materials and cut sheet stamped vcc approved 07 27 17. Cameras shall be painted to match adjacent building surface. Any exterior wiring shall be placed in conduits all conduits to be placed along the inside corners of building surfaces as much as possible, such as along gallery balcony purlins at the deck line, and painted to match the adjacent surfaces. All cameras to be installed a minimum of 9-feet above the sidewalk and a maximum of 18-inches below the bottom of the balcony, gallery, porch ceiling, roof overhang, or soffit. Note: permit issued in response to violations but does not address or remedy all violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued.
